REFUND POLICY

1. You may cancel an order that has not been dispatched by contacting us directly.  You will receive a full refund for these orders.

2. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you must contact us directly but you will be liable for the delivery charges of the product or products.  You will receive a refund for the cost of the product or products only.

3. On receipt of an order, you have 14 days in which to return the product or products.  If any product has been opened or used, you may not return the item or cancel the order.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. If you wish to return a product this is done at your expense and we recommend recorded delivery.  We will not be responsible for any returned products that are lost in transit and will not refund these products.
